No Refunds, No Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.
Once an order is placed and dispatched, we do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refund requests
All products are securely packaged and quality-checked before shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing items
Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- Store credit / adjustment in your next order (based on availability)
Order Cancellation / Changes
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed
- If your order has not been packed yet, you may request changes and we will try to assist (not guaranteed)
Important Notes
- Claims made after 12 hours of delivery may not be accepted
- Products must be unused and in original condition for review
- Final decisions are subject to MatchaE’s discretion
