Shipping policy

We usually ship your matcha goodies within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation and payment. In case of any unexpected delays, we’ll keep you informed with an updated shipping timeline.

Pre-Order Information

As all products are currently available on a pre-order basis, orders will be dispatched after our official launch, expected in the first week of June. The final dispatch date will be communicated to customers via email. By placing a pre-order, customers agree to this shipping timeline.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after the official dispatch date is announced.

Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Acceptance

When your order arrives, please inspect the package carefully upon delivery. If someone else is receiving the order on your behalf, kindly ask them to do the same.

If you notice any missing items, damage, or billing discrepancies, please inform the delivery partner immediately and contact us as soon as possible.

Once the order has been accepted at the delivery address, it will be considered successfully delivered.
